HP LAPTOP ORDERING -HORRIBLE

Hewlett Packard complaint by Joew
I ordered a TX100Z customized laptop on Feb 14. Charge denied by HP without explanation (even though I called to find out). Feb 16 same order, same info, processed and went through. Feb 18 I get a call saying HP put a hold on my order. I ask why... no explanation. Feb 19 I call them about and they manually put in my order. It goes through supposedly. Feb 21. I get a call saying my order cannot go through as I ordered it because the coupon is expired. THE COUPON IS EXPIRED! It wasnt when I used it to order on Feb 16. They claim that there are no other coupons online that are equivalent to mine. They tell me I have to pay full price. I refuse. Hang up. I go online and find a WORKING coupon for my amount. They refuse to honor it when I call. I have to reorder online now. Instead of getting built Feb 25 as it was originally, now will be built MARCH 15!. Thanks crappy HP, I'll never forget your *** ordering process.
