Touchscreen

I have NOT been helped. I have made a dozen calls to you..logged approximately 26hours which include 10 hours of hold time. Your tech on 12/17/21 determined that the new laptops touchscreen is defective. Someone from the hp store said that I would receive a shipping label from Fedex to ship this back for a FULL refund . I never got a label.

User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HP. THEY ARE NOT EVER GOING TO HELP YOU.

Printer problem printer proble

The last call a few days ago was uneventful; the person I spoke with cut me real short and was unwilling to assist me. He said nothing could be done with regards to the problem. I shared with him that in the past others had assisted me. He contended the printer was outdated. I then tol him Id only had the printer for a few months. He told me hed transfer to another section. I held on for 20 minutes but no one ever came back on the phone so I just gave up and hanged up!

Delivery delays

I haven't received my order. I haven't received the laptop i ordered. There is a gap in communication between hp & FedEx. It's getting frustrating because the automatic system cannot handle my issue. As a customer, this is Very Unsatisfactory.

Worst customer service - ie NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - I have ever had in my life, and I’m 67. They jacked me around for almost 3 hours, on their “chat line”, asking for the same info over and over

Never connected with or even chatted with anyone who even tried to help resolve my problem of printer error or connection. And its almost new, barely used it. Just got a 3 hour run around. DONT BUY HP!!!!! I will tell this to everyone for the rest of my life, so stick that in your useless chat line. I already put it on FB.

Yeah, reimburse me for the 3 hours of my time that you wasted by giving me the runaround and intentionally not connecting me with someone who could actually HELP me, not even on chat. Pay some people to work in customer service and tech, you fools.

You don’t have Support available 24/7?

I need technical support because I upgraded to windows 11 and I cant get in my laptop. After I upgraded, it said Something happened and your pin isnt available

Lousy ink cartridges

The last three HP65 black ink cartridges that Ive purchased (1 online & 2 from Walmart) have been a waste of money. Theyre running out of ink way too soon! I use my printer on occasion in my home so a regular cartridge will last me on the average 6-9 months. I have been through 3 of them since April 2021. I can't afford this at $16.00 a pop! They're just not lasting like they used to, and I'm not doing any more printing than usual. My question is are you cutting back on the ink for these cartridges or what's the problem? I'm about ready to get rid of the HP printer and go with something else. Can you help? Thank you, J Waychoff
