ONCE AGAIN, IMPOSSIBLE TO GET CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This is not my first complaint about HP. They have a website that keeps customers from ever accessing humans and they make sure that getting Customer Service is even less likely to succeed than playing roulette!

I bought a new laptop last year when I needed a referral to a local repair shop but was given none. Again, I am in need as my USB drive has completely died. Once again, I am talking only to myself as they have only information from a laptop that I bought years ago that is out of warranty, and even though I have notified about the failure to update repeatedly, they do nothing to update the information. I prepared a complaint to file on the Better Business Bureau website, only to find that the website won't let me post it!

I have a PDF from a complaint filed last year, which apparently was before they stopped functioning. I tried my best to post it, but the website is dysfunctional and I am left with no recourse other than to file a complaint here.

It seems that customers are better off just dying rather than to hope that they will get customer service in the US today. Customer Service has taken its place next to Edsel as something that existed in the past but is nowhere to be found today!!!

Preferred solution: Do something to make the website functional again. Is that asking too much? Apparently, so. Customer Service no longer exist in the USA.

User's recommendation: I see no way around the problem except to use another agency as if they don't work, who will do it?

My computer has locked me out

The time is 10:34 PM Monday, May 1. Your associates were not available according to your hours of service Monday through Friday 8 AM to midnight I was calling early enough to get assistance but you were still closed an hour and a half before you were supposed to be closed.

My OfficeJet 250 would not turn on!

Rep. was very good, however, she was not able to solve my problem after trouble shooting. The printer is several years old but has only been used a few times. There is just no power. The printer has not been abused. Kept in a case and only used as a mobile back-up. I dont understand how it could fail this easy. This printer was expensive! My case # is 510429****. Customer service was great. Product reliability, not so good! I have/had other HP printers. Not sure if I will invest in the future!

Bad experience

Called the customer service line. I was asked by a computer to verbally signal the Product serial number on the back of the printer.

It was very difficult to find. I tried three times to speak into the phone the serial number. The computer could not recognize the S. They did not give me an option to type in the serial number.

They simply sent me to another website. It was impossible to get past the robot In order to talk to a human being. I was very disgusted. Clearly, Hewlett-Packard has no interest in allowing a human being to speak to a customer.

Im sure they are firing the live bodies as they speak. I will be looking for a new printer company immediately.

I was trying to talk to someone about the problem I have having with my printer

The reason I rated everything so low is because I am really a pissed off, consumer. I could not find a phone number to call that would actually connect me to a person to help me with my printer problem.

I spent several hours on different days trying to solve it via the virtual way and had no luck. Every time I put the serial number for my sorry I didnt realize printer in they say it is does not exist. I went to HP call me and nobody has called me.

I got to talk to a representative once and she said she connect me to a number that would help me and she connected me to some medical alert button that I can get for free needless to say, I am very frustrated. I need to talk to someone about my printer.

Printer problem can't get to connect to wifi

To start with the individual I spoke with, was no help, he told me to contact my internet provider and ask them to fix my problem with my printer going offline. I asked to check, and see that this was not the first time I call about this problem, and he told me to get in touch with my provider again.

The product has a severe flaw after not even one year of use (black screen while watching video). The product was sent the workshop after flagging the issue on 17 Nov after not even 1 year of use.

The product was not picked up on the agreed day by UPS forcing me to have to call again during my work hours. I received the product early Dec and upon trying video this time the computer restarted every 10 min and I lost sound after a few hours of attempted use. Customer service is now incapable of ensuring a pick up through UPS forcing me to cancel my holiday to try and be there - 7 days onwards and no UPS in sight.

HP France customer service is now trying to put the blame on the retailer instead of showing customer care and simply replacing or issuing a full refund for a product which is severely flawed for not even having made it through 1 year under warranty. For about 700 euros it is a complete rip off and I bitterly regret not having gone with my favourite brand Acer (my previous laptop worked for 10 full years!)

Preferred solution: A call back to complete the process of connecting my laptop to the HP printer as well as the ink cartridge company that I belong to be contacted and replacing the ink cartridges that we’re stuck in the old printer.

Just ran into this problem as well. This is unacceptable, we should not be forced into using HP's overpriced replacement products.

I've used 3rd party ink for 20 years without issues. How do we get HP's attention regarding this issue??

My problem with the printer is still here. The individual who was supposed to help me only gave me EXCUSES, no help, in the end, he promised to call me today but never did. I still have the problem and no one to help with it. I will try again later.

Yes, the individual who had no time to help me, "HE WAS HAVING TO MUCH FUN WITH THE REST OF GROUP, TO HELP ME WITH MY PROBLEM" This is about the 4th, or 5th, time I call for help for the same problem. I wish I had gotten the same lady as before.

User's recommendation: Watch credit card charges made without your knowledge and approval. My credit card account was charged for services that were not requested and without my approval.
