Cant get satisfaction

Bought 2 v2 wireless keyboards, within weeks, keys are popping off. Been trying to reach someone to order some but hinidi's keep asking what computer I have.. I tell them not PC.. keyboard. this goes round and round till I hang up. HP hides there email so I cant contact them, amazon wont let me post my problems with them...SCREW YOU HP... I hope you get bought and parted out like all your junk pc and peripheral crap.

CALLED TECH SUPPORT, TRANSFERRED TO ONLY ASK THAT WE GO TO WEBSITE AND START A CHAT WITH HEAVEN KNOWS WHO OR WHERE DIVESH IS. 45 MINUTES AND NO SOLUTION WHAT SO EVER. CONNECTION KEPT DROPPING AND CONVERSATION VERY LIMITED. VERY FRUSTRATING AND A WASTE OF TIME. WORST SERVICE EVER. WHERE ARE THE REAL CONVERSATIONS GOING? Hewlett-Packard never contacted me. Very poor, actually NON EXISTENT customer service.

"The message comes up on the little screen that a printer head is damaged. This printer/scanner is treated very carefully. It has been in one place all the time and it is maintained by my computer tech person at least once per year. It means that I cannot use the device at all, it will not scan (which is what I use it for on a daily basis). My computer tech person (a trained professional), tried all the standard diagnostics and repair methods. None of which has worked. He said that I should contact you and ask for a replacement part to be sent to me."

How long have you had the printer. If over a year then you will need to buy your own Print Head.

I always buy HP Printers. I ran into a problem and it was extremely difficult to get technical support.

HP falls down in this area but not with their printers. Their printers are the best!

ZERO way to get to Live support...or chance at a case #

This is infuriating. I bought an HP printer that my Mac cannot install because the software is out of date that HP provides on their site. Then they don't recognize the Serial number I took off the side of their printer. There is NO way to contact anyone on the issue. I have tried. Chasing my tail for 3 days. Planning to return and hope I can resist throwing it through the window at Best Buy for not warning me about them.

I am (was) an HP dedicated customer since 1998 but the last buying experience (September 2020) changed my opinion for ever. I was treated like I was dealing with a scam artist, my order was delayed more than 2 months and when arrived the package it did not contained the return slip. Farwell HP!

Placed an order for ink on November 29, never received tried several times to contact your customer service department always put on hold or get disconnected, all I am asking for is a refund so I can purchase somewhere else and get on with my life, I will never purchase with HP again

I am physically disabled and have no local, human assistance. I need your personalized dialog in order to walk me through practical set up and use of my printer and trouble shoot any issues that come up as I follow pertinent steps. I only want simple information and instruction.

Please avoid this product. It will drive you nuts. It sounds great, but if you go over your print limit, you get whacked with big fees per page ($0.10/page). So, after getting whacked for $10 (on a $2.99/mo plan), I decide I need to just go back to the old way, and buy my own ink, because I hate trap-door subscription plans and surprises that come with it. Well, try to cancel. Good luck! I eventually had to stop the credit card authorization with my credit card company. Then the machine stops working with ANY ink. Then I double dare you to try to actually talk to a human! I eventually did, when I called corporate and informed them that I had sold all my HP shares, and am about to take a sledgehammer to the 6 month old printer I have and go buy me a Cannon.

Printer Ink not available for 4 weeks

I have been unable to purchase ink cartridges (902) for my HP Office Jet Pro. Been to Walmart, Best Buy, Staples and Amazon. Retailers report they still don't have product in their distribution system yet. Have spent hours on line trying to find out what the problem is and when it will be resolved. Customer support site virtual assistant and chat is useless. I run a business and this issue is unacceptable. HP needs to provide some sort of compensation for this interruption.
