Repair order status report incorrect

I shipped my HP laptop (under warrantee) 9 days ago. I cannot get an up date on status of receipt. After 5 days the progress report said they had not received my shipment. FedEx report shows my item was received Jan 4, 2022 At 10 days, the status report has not changed. Still reads "waiting for shipment of laptop". I can't find a phone number to speak with a human at customer service.

WiFi set up - serious issues!

Hi..

When I first bought this product it worked just fine. Connected to the Wi-Fi very quickly.

No issues at the beginning. Then I decided to upgrade my Wi-Fi and when I try to reinstate the Wi-Fi to my printer.. it will not pick it up.

I have called customer service two times. Both customer service has been fabulous..

When I was switched to it support to help troubleshoot this issue .

Both times failed.

This is a fairly new printer I purchased a year and a half ago.

and get my Wi-Fi up and running again.

With no success..

Your IT support is fabulous. They really tried to get my printer up and running. But unfortunately it was an unsuccessful task. I will not ever buy another HP printer.

I now have a printer that doesnt work or will not connect to my Wi-Fi. Its useless to me. It is now outside in the trash with a note on it saying good luck try connecting this to a Wi-Fi network.

Am I happy with the situation? Absolutely not.

I am stuck with a printer that doesnt even work.

The only good thing I need to say about your company is your customer support and your IT support are excellent. But your product and the stability of your product is questionable..

Again I will never ever buy another HP printer.

Hewlett Packard - Purchased a hp pc yesterday and it keeps shutting off
After turning the laptop on and signing into Microsoft the PC shuts down. Turning it back on is very difficult, when it is on it asked me to sign in again and then shuts down again, all I see is a black screen. I called customer support and they recommended that I return this device. I have been using HP laptops for many years and have never had this type of issue. I am very disappointed. They were the worse to work with. I will never buy their products again.

Printer didnt connect with the internet. They offered no help. Spoke to customer service rep. And then to manager. He agreed that there was a problem but couldnt help unless we pay 99 dollars.

HP not willing to credit ink

My HP printer recently died which left me with $100 of unused, unopened ink. I was going to replace with another HP product but could not match the ink cartridges. According to HP, the company no longer sells a printer in which these cartridges would work. Out $100! Not good customer service. If they wanted me to purchase their product (a new HP printer), wouldn't it have been worth the $100 of goodwill (credit) to retain me as a happy customer???

Whitelist on hp computers, non available parts

As you are aware of the right to repair law, I purchased a bare-bones TG01 series desktop, the Ryzen 4000 series processor is not available via commercial channels or parts surfer. What are my options? send the computer without cpu for replacement which may land me in the same predicament, or send the motherboard back for replacement to support Ryzen 5000 series which are consumer-available

Poor quality and even worse service

Over the last 3 months I have received 3 of your Office Pro Printers, and I am now waiting on the 4th one. The printer I am currently waiting to replace is a Model 9019 All in One.

I have had this printer for roughly 2 ½ weeks before it decided not to work.

My utter disgust with your company and a lot of the people who work for you keeps growing by the day.

My 1st printer, worked fine for about 6 months, and then it just quit.

After many hours and days talking with your so-called tech support people, they finally decided to send me another printer, however the new printer did not come with a print head, I had to put the old print head in the new printer. Guess what, it still didnt work. The next step was to send me a new print head. Nope no good either.

Counting my original purchase, I have now received a 2nd printer, and a second print head.

Next, I received my 3rd printer, Model 9019 All in One, Serial No.

TH13Q870B7. As previously stated, this one worked great for about 2 ½ weeks, and crash here we go again.

I am now waiting for printer No. 4 . Which !

was charged $15.00 for overnight delivery which was supposed to arrive today 9/22/2021. At 3:30 this afternoon I called to inquire about the printer, and they could not even give me a tracking number because it was not shipped yet. ( I cant wait to see if it has a print head Thats the problem, I cant get the print head or the ink cartridges out of the printer )

Through all of this, from early July to today, the 22nd of September, I have had to deal with not only incompetence, but with people whom: 1. An answering machine that is programmed to stall and keep the customer waiting 2 Over a 3 month period I have yet to talk to someone who can actually speak good English 2.

People who are working from home and have a baby sitting on their lap, or a dog barking, or wait, its quitting time, so they hang up on me.

Lastly, every time I get to talk to a tech, instead of asking about my problem, it is more important to find out if I am signed up for instant ink.

They have sent me about 2 years worth of ink that is worthless with my printer. I am signed up and have credit for 2 years worth of ink that I will never get or use.

I bought the original printer in October of 2020, it is now September of 2021, and I am waiting on my 3rd replacement printer.
