Holding my Printer Hostage
I had an issue which HP support would not or Could not fix. I believe there was an issue with my printer cartridge. I already had over 48.00 in Ink subscription spent without a ever receiving ink. I resolved the issue with a 25.00 staples ink cartridge, and cancelled my subscription. HP's reply to this was to hold my printer hostage, and render it unusable. Disgraceful. look out for my Youtube video, as I bring My HP inkjet to the firing line and use it for target practice!
User's recommendation: Buy an Epson or Canon.

Not able to resolve not being able to use my HO laptop, do to an app google locked me out of .
Bought my 10 yr old son a laptop, during pandemic, hasnt used it in a year or so, and now we cant get back into it. Some kind of parent code is preventing me from logging on to it. I dont remember setting this up or what code they are wanting

I called customer service and she was very helpful with solving my issue. my printer was not recognizing my cartridge she determined that the cartridge was no good so she is sending me a new cartridge in the mail. I greatly appreciate that. Just want to say thank you in advance. I purchased a new cartridge and my printer was working fine just waiting to get the replacement one in the mail.

Was calling as attempt to solve printer offline was not being fixed when utilizing diagnose & fix. Called helpline number & lady passed me off to another person. While the roosters were crowing, technician asked me for callback number and once I explained problem the was a disconnect. That was near 5 pm yesterday & no callback. I eventually got it working using diagnose & fix.
