You must back I bought two Hewlett-Packard printers through Costco

Bad Product Performance, Very bad customer service

My HP printer has had continuous performance problems. Ive tried HP customer support multiple times to try and fix. Now agent spends ~5 min asking for product & contact info (which they should have both), the s tells me will be $19 for this call. My printer doesnt & hasnt worked a d the 1st thing beyond verification is we want to charge you. WOW on horrible Customerservice & policy

Printer not working

Call with agent got dropped - before any problem resolution began. Ive now called 3 times and cannot get any meaningful engagement. VERY Frustrating

Phone disconnected And issue was not resolved no one tried to call me back so Im not understanding why do you even get the phone number if they dont even try to call you back.

Customer Service in the United States, not Philippines

I asked for customer service in the United States and was transferred to many wrong departments. I have need of a warranty date update, because on 9-7-21 I purchased a laptop and a printer and it says my warranty expires on 9-7-22, and that is not correct. 3 years of warranty should be 9-7-25. Can you please give us numbers on the website that will directly connect us to a warranty specialist who is willing and able to make these changes accurately.

My microphone isn't working

The service is horrible. Someone put the wrong serial number in for my extended warranty and acted like it was my fault. It took them 3 weeks to fix my laptop and now my mic doesn't work and still can't get help until tomorrow. THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

My computer locked up and wouldn't start

After viewing a few tech videos, I was getting nowhere, so I called HP. They said they just knew they could help me if I would sign up for their monthly service...I reluctantly did that. After speaking with 3 different people, they said they really couldn't help me. I went to Best Buy and got my compute up and running in 5 minutes.

Help with printer WiFi connection

Wanted to charge me $20 to troubleshoot a Wi-Fi connection All I need is for someone to help me connect to the Wi-Fi and they say my warranty is expired

Confused with HP warranty. I still don't know what it means to have one. They wanted to charge me £400 just to change a chip on the motherboard. It wasn't covered in the warranty. Pointless having one.

Wireless Printer would not connect to WiFi.

Long story but I refused to pay $99 to get a $39 printer to connect to the internet. Thankfully, a person on an online chat gave me directions. After several tries, the printer finally connected. Live tech was not helpful. Yes warranty had expired 9 mo ago but the $99 charge was outrageous. I will think twice about Hp products in the future.

Not working

The customer service representative was absolutely correct with what my issue was. I could not believe him at first, then I tried what he said, it was the phone company when they installed a new jack and my Fax phone jack is inactive. Thank you so much.

Sent in pc from purchase to be fixed. No longer wants to boot after only one month!

Your reps declined to fix an issue that was solely HP's from day one. Upon purchase and first connect there was a hard drive issue. Rather than returning to store I contacted HP to see if I may have connected it improperly, they wanted to. I let them but upon return did not reconnect immediately. When I re connected 7 months later, bam a hard drive issue. This time they refused to fix without paying out of pocket!!!
