These guys couldn't help me out to save a stolen computer with all of my kids homeschool software, pictures from birth until now and past family photos, not to mention tax info and everything else. I have the serial number, receipt (paid with card), and all the paperwork here, but without knowing who was logged in to the account and the password they refused to help.
I have bought HP computers only since I have been buying computers, but I think that'll all change now. Disappointed to say the least.
That information, memories, and school software will be lost for some junkie to get high and possibly commit identity fraud on me or my wife because I can't say who's logged in. They had most likely wiped the computer clean and logged me out within moments of taking the computer, so there's no way for me to know that...BUT I HAVE LITERALLY EVERYTHING TO PROVE THE DEVICE IS MINE ON HAND!

Cartridge Production
Usually get 120 to 144 copies out of one cartridge. Most recent cartridge gave me only 84 copies, cartridge feels half full but does not print properly.
My printer is out of warranty. First, trying to call HP is a waste of time. You get into voice response system that will not get you to an agent unless your product is still in warranty. Second, I finally got to a live person by calling through headquarters but that agent could only sell me a warranty plan for $9.99/month.
I think HP owes me a new cartridge or should give me a discount on my next cartridge since the one I currently have has not performed as usual. HP has no answer for that other to buy some kind of a plan. This is NOT good customer support or relations.
Totally disappointed in HP. It's like banging your head against a wall.
Preferred solution: New cartridge coupon.

On 11/27/2021, I placed an order for a PC from HP (Hewlett Packard) via your website. This purchase was for a computer, including a Black Friday discount and was expected to ship within 3-7 business days.
Upon completion of the purchase I received an email confirmation of the order, however, the estimated ship date was 01/07/2022.
This is not acceptable for me as I need the item sooner. I called HP to cancel the order and they said it is no longer possible to cancel because it is considered a "custom build"; custom because I upgraded the graphics card during the order process. In short, they have not begun building this PC, it is not expected to ship for close to 1.5 months and you are refusing to cancel the order and issue me a refund. They said that they will need me to return the device once it ships and it will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% (~$300).
This is unacceptable! I feel that this company has operated in bad faith, creating highly restrictive policies to cover their business practices and is scamming me into paying $300 of an avoidable charge.
I need someone with some common sense to look at the circumstances here and ensure this order is cancelled and a FULL refund is issued promptly. I do understand that policies regarding custom built PCs help to protect the business from being out of pocket for highly customized machines. 1) I changed the graphics card, which MANY customer's will do.
2) Policies are created to govern normal operating conditions of the business (i.e. 3-7 business days).
During extraordinary business demand (i.e. shipping dates over a month out), I believe it is fully reasonable to expect an exception can be made.
I have spent close to 5 hours on multiple calls with several people and NO ONE can assure me they have taken ownership of this issue and will ensure the order is cancelled.

I ordered a laptop for my daughter. No extras- as is basic laptop.
Once I showed my husband what we got, he showed me why it was way more than what our kid needed- by ALOT. I checked the status online and it said they hadn't even started it yet. I called, asked if it could be canceled because there was about a months lead time still and was told it shouldn't be an issue. Very soon after, I received an email stating that the request had been denied and the product was being shipped.
It went from being over a month out to being shipped?? I finally got through to a resolution specialist who first told me to try and sell it but then agreed to at least let me return it with no restocking fee. Now I have received 2 emails telling me that the shipment has been delayed.
Wth HP? Not cool at all.
