Failure to deliver mouse

In November I ordered a wireless mouse. It arrived but did not work. I spoke to your representative who said that a replacement would be delivered 5th December 2021. This delivery has been updated daily by e-mail. First to 11th January, then to 11th February and as of today the 18th February 2022. As it seems I shall never get the replacemenrt I telephoned you again today. After explaining my problem I was put on hold whilst status was checked. After 10 minute I was cut off. Stolen Computer

These guys couldn't help me out to save a stolen computer with all of my kids homeschool software, pictures from birth until now and past family photos, not to mention tax info and everything else. I have the serial number, receipt (paid with card), and all the paperwork here, but without knowing who was logged in to the account and the password they refused to help.

I have bought HP computers only since I have been buying computers, but I think that'll all change now. Disappointed to say the least.

That information, memories, and school software will be lost for some junkie to get high and possibly commit identity fraud on me or my wife because I can't say who's logged in. They had most likely wiped the computer clean and logged me out within moments of taking the computer, so there's no way for me to know that...BUT I HAVE LITERALLY EVERYTHING TO PROVE THE DEVICE IS MINE ON HAND!

Lousy ink cartridges

The last three HP65 black ink cartridges that Ive purchased (1 online & 2 from Walmart) have been a waste of money. Theyre running out of ink way too soon! I use my printer on occasion in my home so a regular cartridge will last me on the average 6-9 months. I have been through 3 of them since April 2021. I can't afford this at $16.00 a pop! They're just not lasting like they used to, and I'm not doing any more printing than usual. My question is are you cutting back on the ink for these cartridges or what's the problem? I'm about ready to get rid of the HP printer and go with something else. Can you help? Thank you, J Waychoff

Problems with printer

$100 worth of new ink cartridges installed Thursday. Saturday morning requests to printer "prints" out only blank pages. Can problem be solved, or have I wasted my money on a now defunct printer? Are there other printers that can use the 902 cartridges?

Cartridge Production

Usually get 120 to 144 copies out of one cartridge. Most recent cartridge gave me only 84 copies, cartridge feels half full but does not print properly.

My printer is out of warranty. First, trying to call HP is a waste of time. You get into voice response system that will not get you to an agent unless your product is still in warranty. Second, I finally got to a live person by calling through headquarters but that agent could only sell me a warranty plan for $9.99/month.

I think HP owes me a new cartridge or should give me a discount on my next cartridge since the one I currently have has not performed as usual. HP has no answer for that other to buy some kind of a plan. This is NOT good customer support or relations.

Totally disappointed in HP. It's like banging your head against a wall.

Order Cancellation

Hewlett Packard - Order Cancellation

On 11/27/2021, I placed an order for a PC from HP (Hewlett Packard) via your website. This purchase was for a computer, including a Black Friday discount and was expected to ship within 3-7 business days.

Upon completion of the purchase I received an email confirmation of the order, however, the estimated ship date was 01/07/2022.

This is not acceptable for me as I need the item sooner. I called HP to cancel the order and they said it is no longer possible to cancel because it is considered a "custom build"; custom because I upgraded the graphics card during the order process. In short, they have not begun building this PC, it is not expected to ship for close to 1.5 months and you are refusing to cancel the order and issue me a refund. They said that they will need me to return the device once it ships and it will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% (~$300).

This is unacceptable! I feel that this company has operated in bad faith, creating highly restrictive policies to cover their business practices and is scamming me into paying $300 of an avoidable charge.

I need someone with some common sense to look at the circumstances here and ensure this order is cancelled and a FULL refund is issued promptly. I do understand that policies regarding custom built PCs help to protect the business from being out of pocket for highly customized machines. 1) I changed the graphics card, which MANY customer's will do.

2) Policies are created to govern normal operating conditions of the business (i.e. 3-7 business days).

During extraordinary business demand (i.e. shipping dates over a month out), I believe it is fully reasonable to expect an exception can be made.

I have spent close to 5 hours on multiple calls with several people and NO ONE can assure me they have taken ownership of this issue and will ensure the order is cancelled.

Ink is full but not printing. Took forever to talk to a person after doing the chat which kept taking me in circles. Noting can be done to unclog the black ink head. So I have to buy a new printer. What a scam.

I spoke with a costumer service representative, she was very polite and it seemed as if she really wanted to help, she asked for my phone number and email, I gave her both, then we got cut off (or she hanged up on me) and she never called me back and my problem wasnt solved.

I need to straighten out my account for my printer

I registered my printer in Feb. with a HP rep. And ?? Thought that I printer instant ink was switched from my old printer to the new printer-which obviously wasnt done. I have been charged $5.30 monthly since Feb and have not been receiving any ink even though I have been getting messages stating that the printer was low in ink! Why?? I have even bought ink once or twice for my printer at Staples. I believe that I should get a refund for the nine months of being charged through PayPals! Judith Allen

I ordered a laptop for my daughter. No extras- as is basic laptop.

Once I showed my husband what we got, he showed me why it was way more than what our kid needed- by ALOT. I checked the status online and it said they hadn't even started it yet. I called, asked if it could be canceled because there was about a months lead time still and was told it shouldn't be an issue. Very soon after, I received an email stating that the request had been denied and the product was being shipped.

It went from being over a month out to being shipped?? I finally got through to a resolution specialist who first told me to try and sell it but then agreed to at least let me return it with no restocking fee. Now I have received 2 emails telling me that the shipment has been delayed.

Wth HP? Not cool at all.
