Help with getting printer online

My printer kept saying offline and I was unable to print from my iPhone ! The representative had to walk me through a serious of questions and instructions to help me be allowed to print ; we spoke for about a good 45 minutes and finally I was able to print ! He was awesome !

you returned my computer from the repair shop in Texas and it has not been fixed. Im curious what did they fix if not the problem i returned it for ? I also need a return shipping box and fed ex label again so i can return it again, maybe it will get fixed this time.

Last Christmas I ordered a custom laptop. It started with a month till delivery. A very good laptop it has defective USB openings. They took it back once and said they replaced a part. The problem was never fixed. Now they say they will pick it up for repair but I really believe they should replace this laptop and then pick up this laptop.I tpld them I needed my laptop and so did not send it for so called repairs on a defective laptop. HP please just send me a NEW laptop The warranty will be up in DecemberI would just December laptop

I took it out of my back pack and it just wouldnt turn on. Plugged it into the charger and it showed no light indicating it was charging. I always keep it in my back pack behind the padded area where it is supposed to be kept and it just quit working. It would not start when I opened it. It was during finals week.

Insistence on use of Instant Ink Subscription with HP 8710 All in One Printer

Suddenly, after changing my cartridges using official (not off brand) cartridges, my printer will not print unless I enroll in Instant Ink Subscription. I have perfectly good cartridges and a good printer, and I feel like I'm being held hostage by this company for a monthly subscription service I do not want. I'm tempted to donate the printer and buy another brand, but even the non-profits I would donate to would not want the subscription service. I

I had just put 3 new ink cartridges into my printer before going away for a week. Upon my return, when I turned on my printer, it said that it could not locate the printer head. I called tech support. After two hours, the tech support said I would need a new printer. I called customer service to see if they would buy back my barely used cartridges. NO. Would they give me the equivalent if I bought a new printer from them? NO. The best she would offer was a $15 discount on the printer. A new 950XL plus two color cartridges cost me around $100!!! Upon researching other companies, it looks like Epson uses much less ink. I will likely buy from them. I will NEVER buy from HP again!

Problems with letters fading from laptop keyboard. Contacted website and eventually managed to fill in a form but got a response to say contact UK website or ring. Phone number was chargeable so was not prepared to use that as you don't know how long you end up waiting for. Replied asking for an email address as can't use phone and was sent a phone number to ring!!! There are loads of moans on the forum about the same thing going back many years, so why haven't they done something about this issue?

Updates crashed printer

For 7 years my HP Office jet Pro 8630 worked perfectly. HP kept bugging me to update. I finally did last week. Now none of my 4 computers can print. I tried their virtual assistant which was useless. No responses to any issue.
