- Decent enough laptop
- Impossible to get human support
Preferred solution: Replacement keys T and E and instructions to fit them is all I was wanting
User's recommendation: Ask HP is they have improved keyboard wear - laptop is great by the way
Updates crashed printer
- Update caused me to get a different printer
- Virtual assistant cannot help
Preferred solution: An easy line to live tech support.
