I cannot reach a real person to help me. The virtual agent is a dead end. I need live help! My warranty has run out but I'd like to purchase one if it will allow me to speak to a real person.

False advertising

I was told that the laptop I purchased had windows 10 but it only has 4 gen memory and windows 10 takes 30 just to load. Now it wont run because its too full and they will not help me so far

Customer service with refunds.

I bought a $500 hp laptop 17z May 21st. Said it would be here by June 10th. Okay two weeks, not too bad. But it just updated to June 30th. What the absolute *** Tried to get a refund but no matter what I do, who I talk to, I will never get a refund. Thanks hp. You're the *** worst.

New HP laptop Day 1

The keys on the laptop are not functioning correctly from the start of the usage. I bought it direct from HP Online. This is very very dissappointing .

User's recommendation: If this the last brand on earth, then please walk in to a store, test the laptop and if happy, then buy.

Locked out of printing on HP product

apparently it had color cartridges from the stupid instant ink program still in the machine and the printer wouldn't let it print with a black cartridge, I acquired from another source

Bought a refurbished tower from them and the thing failed miserably!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It Kept Freezing up on me during set up. Had no other option but to shut it down every time it froze up which was way out of line. The worst time was when it was installing windows 10

Problem with hooking up 2nd monitor to windows 10 laptop

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I WAS PUSHED OFF TO A VIRTUAL CRAP AND DISCONNECTED. I WILL BE SURE TO STEER CLEAR OF PURCHASING ANOTHER HP IN MY FUTURE EVER!!!!! THEIR LAPTOP HAS A BUG WITH THE WINDOWS 10 ON THIS ISSUE THAT THEY KNOW ABOUT AND DID NOTHING TO CORRECT IT!!! DONE WITH HP!!!

No keyboard backlight. I can't see the keys

I purchased my HP Pavillion 15 over the phone. I a 60 years old and I can't imagine why they would sell an older person a laptop without a keyboard backlight. I can't see the keys without a very strong light nearby. It should be a standard feature. I am sending it back. Customer support was inefficient, the support # was unavailable at 7:30 in the evening CST. What's worse, I waited 5 weeks for this laptop to arrive.

Felt like I was being ripped off.

Rip Off Artists I received an email to EXTEND my warranty through this CARES garbage. I ordered it and then noticed that they didn't change the date that my warranty expires so I decided to call them to see what was going on. Mind you, I purchased this on May 7th and then they tell me that my subscription WAS BACK DATED TO THE DAY I BOUGHT MY COMPUTER IN AUGUST, 2019! I told them that this is NOT what an extended warranty does as "extended" means to "add on to," not "revert back to." Well, after arguing with different offices that morning, I told them to cancel it. Never in my life have I ever seen an "extended warranty" backtracked by 9 months.

I ORDERED A SYSTEM RECOVERY SET FROM HP AND WAS BILLED NEARLY 6700 DOLLARS. THEY SENT THE WRONG SOFTWARE AND NOW I CAN NOT GET ANYONE TO HELP ME. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER HP PRODUCT NOR WILL ANYONE IN MY LARGE FAMILY.

Help with printer

I have all android products but no one has been able to help me connect my wireless printer to my Android electronics. Its seems as if there is a compatibility issue.
