Print problems

I cant get the printer to work on the internet.I have been trying to resolve this problem for days now and I cant reach a live person to talk to .I seriously feed up with the printer problem.

Printer setup failure

Was transferred a few times but everyone was polite and helpful. Ended up resolving the issue and dont have to return my new printer :)

New HP printer connection

I bought a new HP printer and has issues to download the software. Called HP support. Only automated message going on. I called the 800474****, 800752**** and 888206****. No one answering the calls. just automated message. Just wasted my money and time. wouldn't recommend anyone in the future.

Cannot update my computer or an HP 15 stream

Call customer service there was a $40 charge to get my computer updated. Customer service was fantastic.

User's recommendation: Don’t buy an HP with 32 GB because it will be hard to update your system.

Poor ink

received a brand new ENVY 5052 HP PRINTER AS A GIFT, NO REASON FOR INK TO BE SO EXPENSIVE, GOUGING THE CUSTOMER, OPENED UP A BRAND NEW 65 BLACK INK REPLACEMENT, IMMEDIATELY THE INK WAS NEARLY EMPTY, PRINTER NOT WORTH THE COST, REVIEWS ON POOR INK RELIABILITY IS BAD,GONNA GIVE AWAY THE PRINTER AND TRY TO FIND A OLD KODAK 3 IN 1 WHICH I HAD FOR YEARS, MUCH BETTER PRINTER RELIABLE, WILL NEVER BUY

No warranty support and *** customer service.

I purchased an HP 15-ef1078nr laptop from fingerhut (I know), It arrived 7 days ago and has been a pain since it arrived. Multiple Software problems, including 11 USB ports opening when I plug in a thumb drive. Customer support refused to help, just sent me to another provider who would help after a premium payment, warranty be damned.

User's recommendation: Stay the heck away from HP.

Purchased a HP Laptop from Fingerhut needed to return to them to add credit back to my account because the no one on. Labtop doesn't work and it freezes.

Other than that, that's the only reason for return. Oh and it was smaller than we thought from looking in the Fingerhut magazine. Thankyou Terry Moore 302 South Ocheese Wewoka, Oklahoma 74884

You failed to inform me when I canceled my instant ink account that my printer wouldnt print until I replaced it with new HP cartridges & charged my cc $3.26 for cancelling 1 day after a new month cycle..poor business! I will be buying new products from a new company!

General servicr

It took 20 minutes for me to talk to someone. Then she told me she needed to connect me to the right department. Then I was disconnected. I told the computer exactly what I wanted. It should be programmed to handle all requests. If not hire a human who can.

User's recommendation: Fix all the issues I addressed above- cut down in wait time and be directed to the correct department.the first time.

Chromebook problem

While in my zoom app if I tap view on the upper right corner I am told this Speaker and Galaxy will not work with this device, It once did work.

Poor Quality

I have owned several HP laptops and each has failed within a couple of years. The first one had a faulty video board which was part of a class action suit. This was replaced by the company with a "comparable" model. This one failed as quickly as the first ( I guess it was comparable) and wouldn't boot. The only thing it would do is flash different lights on the keyboard, indicating motherboard then bought a new one and the case felll apart

User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY HP LAPTOPS!

Ordered custom computer and it was never recieved

Ordered a gaming computer through their website. After it was delayed for more than 2 months, it was canceled without my permission. The same computer now cost $900 more. Don't buy HP computers
