I own a $100,000 HP UV printer and I will never buy one again. HP has the worst customer service I've ever experienced and they won't give me a phone number or email of anyone higher up.

On January 3 2019 I bought a HP laptop at Walmart. It worked fine for a week then it tried to update. It hasn't worked right since then. At that point I registered the product thru HP's registration site and found that the product had already been registered. The warranty started on September of 2018, how can that be since I bought the laptop on 2019? I called tech support two weeks ago and they tried to resolve my issues. after a factory reset the computer still freezes up, the programs don't respond I can't even get passed sign. When I used it last 147 failures on the last update. Customer service did manage to sell me a 3 year extended warranty which I have since had the charges reversed. Its been two weeks since I spent 3 hours on the phone with HP trying to resolve my issues I haven't heard a word since, like I was promised. I was going to receive a call by a manager the next day, still waiting for that and a box to return this for warranty, like I was promised and I'm still waiting for that. What's happened to quality products and service? After reading some of the other reviews this problem is not exclusively mine, buyer be ware!!!

On January 3 2019 I bought a HP laptop at Walmart. The commuter worked fine for the first week then after its first up date things went south with this unit. I went into Hp's site to register the laptop and found that the computer had already been registered in Sept. of 2018, according to the warranty I had 7 months of the 12 month warranty left. How can this be? The computer freezes up, updates fail, 147 attempts on one update. none of the programs respond half of the time. I called tech support and spent 3 hours trying to resolve the issues even resorted to a factory reset. All I got out of tech support was they had sold me an extended warranty for a computer that is already broken. I have since had the charges reversed. I also got a promise from tech support that I would receive a box to send the laptop back, that was two weeks ago and I'm still waiting also I was promised that a HP manager would call I'm still waiting for that call also. My monetary loss 385.00... This is some of the worst service I have ever experienced, buyer be ware..

I got this laptop July 2, 2017. It's an HP Model #15-bs062st with 13 7th gen. processor speed and windows 10. I got it with the Virus Shield Guarantee Matrix (part 2), the Virus Shield Matrix (part 1), McAfee LiveSafe and 2 year accident insurance. I took it back to Staples Sept. 27, 2017, because it was so SLOW, and some times it would freeze up. They removed 14 viruses, so why did I pay for all that virus shield stuff. March 29, 2018 I again took it to Staples. It was taking up to 10 minutes for even my sign in window to open, the time was totally wrong, and it was freezing up on almost everything. They removed 859 viruses, again why did I pay for the anti virus? When I turned it on tonite, it wouldn.t respond when I tried my menu icon, then the screen faded, and I couldn't even get the ctrl/alt/del to respond. I had to turn it off.and back on to get it to work. I have nothing but stupid problems with this. If I could I would so trade it in. When ever anyone asks me what brand laptop I have, I tell them an HP, but DON'T ever buy one, you'll have nothing but problems.

They sent me faulty laptop does not even open properly and screen goes blank and it is HP spectra 360 gem cut which is supposed to be their high end product. I spent $1600 on *** product that does not even work. When called customer service they kept on transferring me and NUMEROUS times even hung up when I was aruging with the managers about their customer serivce and product

Worst help ever!! Will never buy another HP product. When I called for help connecting my scanner to my computer, they said I would have to pay $49. I called yesterday and they helped but when I restarted my computer, it lost all the changes they made. When I called back today they couldn't find anything from yesterday. And now they won't help me unless I pay for it! I HATE HP!!!!!

Been trying to cancel this service for a month now. My contract is up and I no longer want or need the service. They claim they can not reach me to confirm cancellation even though they have all my contact information (phone, address, and email). Do not sign up for this service because you are basically signing away part of your paycheck for life.

I am pay hp to supply me ink as it runs low but they have not sent me any ink yet. but if you buy hp ink in a store they get mad

I received a replacement printer from HP. I was directed to put the malfunctioning printer in the same box and use the FedEx Group shipping label provided by HP to return the malfunctioning printer at HP's cost. I installed the new printer today and packed the malfunctioning printer. I put the label provided by HP on the box. I attempted to arrange for FedEx Ground to pick up the printer. FedEx assures me that the tracking number on the pre-printed shipping label provided by HP is invalid. After all of the problems I have had with HP, it is just icing on the cake that they would send a shipping label with an invalid tracking number. I then had to waste 15 minutes on the phone with FedEx. Every experience I have had with HP in recent months has been a dismal failure on their behalf. I have now wasted more than 12 hours on the malfunctioning printer they sold me -- mostly with their incompetence tech support staff. Now I am hassled because HP can't even provide a valid return shipping label. I recommend that people avoid doing business with HP altogether. They cannot seem to do anything right -- even generate an accurate return shipping label. HP does not deserve anyone's business. Avoid dealing with HP. They will just waste your time.

Got a tablet for Christmas but the power port fell out. Took days to get help but they basically lied they sent in for a new one but I did not receive it because the day has pass for warranty but I called them before the warranty ended. They tried to charge me for a new one. Got a brick of a tablet now. Kept it because I liked it. This product should have been recalled. Poor customer service. They didn’t speak well enough english and was and when ask for supervisor they claim they was supervisor. When I ask for a refund they said that wasn’t the right department. They didn’t want to give me my money back but claim the warranty was a repair warranty.

Three years ago I purchase an HP Officejet All-In-One printer. At about 18 months (6 months after the warranty expired), it broke and was unrepairable. HP offered me a refurbished unit at a discounted price. I errantly purchased it. Again, 18 months later, the replacement unit failed. Again it was unrepairable. Again, I purchased a refurbished unit -- this time with a three year warranty. Meanwhile, I absolutely needed something in my office, so I bought a lower cost HP printer new. The new unit is not working properly. I took the refurbished unit out of the box today, and it is not working properly. I called HP tech support and was on hold for an hour. The connection (I think to India) was horrible. There was an echo that was so bad that the fellow at the other end could not hear me read the serial number. Either we were disconnected or he hung up. I called back and, again, was placed on hold. This time for about 30 minutes. Before I spoke to anyone, I was disconnected. So I called back a third time. After another 20 minutes of waiting, I politely explained that I had been disconnected three times this evening, whereupon the fellow at the other end hung up. I would advised anyone considering buying a printer from anyone but HP. 1. They produce printers that fail soon after the warranty expires. 2. Their products are manufactured in a way that units (in my case the piece that holds the ink cartridges) cannot be replaced. The whole unit needs to be replaced instead of a small assembly. 3. They are ill-equipped to respond to tech support calls in a timely manner. Today I spent nearly two hours on hold in three attempts. HP uses the standard excuse: call volume is particularly heavy. Don't believe that for a minute. That's "newspeak" for "We are too cheap to hire enough people to answer your call in a timely manner, and we don't care that we are wasting our customers' time, because we don't pay for that." 4. My first call - connected after and hour on hold - had a connection so poor that the tech support agent could not hear me when I was reading the serial number. We were disconnected. I suspect he hung up. 5. The second call was disconnected after being on hold for 30 minutes. I spoke with no one. HP is supposed to be a technology company. However their telephone service is Byzantine. Again, they are cheap and their customers pay the price. 6. After waiting nearly 30 minutes on the third call, I *politely* explained that this was my third attempt to get help, and the agent simply hung up on me. I would advise anyone looking for a printer to avoid doing business with Hewlett Packard. They produce products that fail. They produce products that cannot be maintained with replacement parts. They are tooo cheap to provide decent technical support.
