Printer is now working for the time being but........

They kept telling me that they have no records showing where someone in their company had transferred me to two different places that I thought was HP and it cost me alot of money, so they wouldn't help me with that problem and it was their techs that transferred me, all they said there was a misunderstanding! I didn't transfer myself to these other people and I had no knowledge of them until my statement showed these companies. So someone in their company is doing something that HP isn't aware of and now they don't seem to care!

No I have not heard from hp. And I don'tI expect to. There had me Talk to the organisations for me to pay to have my computer repair. And I don't think that is fair. Because I have a brain new computer and monitor from HP.

My printer won't scan

I bought a brand-new HP printer because my old Epson printer would not scan bulk pages. My HP Desk Jet 8025 said it would and also print in color.

However, I have never been able to scan using the document feeder. I have now called the HP help line 4 times, been promised 3 callbacks to check if downloading HP Smart solved the problem and not gotten any closer to being able to scan and never had any of the promised call backs showing me how to download the software I need. HP is unwilling to either send me a printer that actually works and refund my money because they say the printer works fine, and it is only the software that isn't working.

I bought HP because I thought they had a reputation for outstanding customer service and reliability. I am now paying daily for my false expectations.

Hewlett Packard's customer service has got to be among the worst operations (if not the worst) in any industry that can conceivably be thought of. Spent HOURS on the phone with several representatives (most of whom could not speak intelligible English) just to find out over three hours later that the matter could NOT be resolved by their "tech" support.

Ive spent a buncha useless money on the products and ink as Id just like to have a single product that works so Im able to print important documents that are critical to my situation. Printer set up

Its a nightmare trying to set up my new printer and absolutely impossible trying to speak to a live agent to help me. That phone system made me feel like I was slowly sinking to the bottom of the ocean. At this point, as a 75-year-old struggling with technology, I cant decide whether I should throw the new printer out the window or just jump out myself. Hp printer hacking

Stop advertising facts that your printers are set up to be *** proof! I am about to send a brand new Laser Jet color printer M281 back Hp and I would like to know if you are capable of diagnosing this printer and if it contains memory of previous access including network and IP addresses? I was locked out of my password within days of setting this printer up and when I noticed the light on it was flashing constantly while it sat not in use...you bet I knew something was not right and sure enough....the fax are of this printer had been set up as a NETWORK by which hackers were accessing our computers, printers, iPhones, echo, TV and Land line!!! I am in need of Corporate Management to assist me and no one else.... Thank you

Unable to Print

December 26, 2020 HP Inc. 1501 Page Mill Road Palo Alto, CA 94304 United States Dear Hewlett Packard: I am writing this letter to inform you that I am an extremely disappointed customer. Today I attempted to replace may cartridges because the ink was running out, a message appeared on my HP printer (which cost me a lot of money) stating that the cartridges were defective and that the printer would not print. So, I called the place where I purchased my cartridges, and they informed me that HP has discontinued distribution of the 902XL cartridges and that they did not have any in stock, and did not know when they would receive any. I spent over $100.00, when I purchased two 902XL 4 pack-cartridges (which contained 1 Black and 3 color cartridges) and tried them all only to find out that they did not work. As an educator and a church school instructor, I rely heavily on my computer and my printer for the dissemination of information. Therefore, you can image how disappointed I am. I always thought that Hewlett Packard was a reputable company; therefore, I could depend on its products. I would often recommend your computers and printers to my friends and to my students. I called your office today, but you were closed. I will try again during the week. Please inform me how you can fix this situation and restore my confidence in your company and in your product. I bought a hp printer series 6000. Installing is a nitemare, but got it done. Have questions about the terrible color, that I get when I print photos, also they don't show my two year warranty on my account. I need to know how to crop, inhance etc. my photos. Have asked for help on chat...keep saying give us 5:00 , refundable and we will connect you to reps. 800 numbers listed on internet are not taking me where I need to go. I've always like hp products but getting any help is near impossible. Very bad customer service.

Laptop screen cracked? Not normal looking

Talked to someone a few days ago and they were to send a box to pick up the computer, return to you and you fix it and return it to me. I have not received any box so I cannot return it to you. Not sure if this is and issue with the mail delivery or what but I am disappointed that it is a brand new laptop and has to be returned to be fixed. I have had HP laptops for many years and this is the first one I have had an issued with. I would recommend that you allow the customer to go to a local store and have it fixed.
