To in stall driver that was lost in computer update

It was done satisfactorily. I have no complaints, My only comment is that over $2000 for a lifetime service is very high. Thank you for the opportunity to give you feedback.

Printer ink subscription

Waited on hold for 17 minutes (due to high call volume) and then once started ringing in to you... call was disconnected on your side. Not many people have time in their life to take so long trying to get customer service care. Please call me at 615 545 ****. I've had a subscription for ink for several years now, but can't get ink delivered to me is reason for call. My name: Robin Johnson 1501 Hartsville Pike Lebanon TN 37087

No human and substantial support for new printer

It is very clear that HP avoids human contact to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Their virtual assistant is dumb. Always check for human support. If a company tries to avoid human contact; it is a sign of future difficulty.

This just sucks. You can't even buy their repair service as their system does not accept phone numbers that are mandatory. So even if you are willing to pay you get screwed here by HP.

Technical support

After 1.5 hr troubleshooting on the phone the rep said they would send a follow up email to resolve the issue. Almost 2 weeks now and no email. What to do next? I have a brand new hp printer that doesn't work!!! Should I buy a competitor's printer?

Complaint department at corporate office

I am a member of an AOL monthly subscription that includes many perks. One being tech support. The last tech went so fast he made unauthorized steps that changed my computer. I have called over 10 times,emailed several times..

Pissed , why do I have to pay 295$ to have my problum s0lved

My printer and laptop where and desk top where all were just finer than the printer wasn't receiving the messages call for help and the tech retired me to a POR TEC who in turned charged me $295to fix the problem and left my laptop off what kind of co. is this

pay back on pro tech 0f $295 its not working.

Waited on hold for one hour and they hung up

Printer doesnt work. Photos come out fine, but when you try to print text, it either doesnt print at all or it skips whole portions of text. I just installed all new ink cartridges. Whats wrong?

Unable to install printer on my laptop

Problem could not even begin to be resolved due to systems being down , per representative.Sad. I was told to call back in two hours to check to see if the problem was resolved. After holding for about Q15 minutes to be transferred to this.
