Charged for offline printers!

I recently noticed I was charged for two of my offline printers, through Instant Ink. These had been offline for some time for I was homeless due to an apartment fire. I would like an audit done to my full account and to be fully refunded for any offline printer charges! I will be contacting my attorney today through LegalShield. I am now in a new apartment and have time to go through bank records. On break from school also.

User's recommendation: I strongly recommend, just watch your bank account.

I got no response from anyone until a week later so I had to take it to a shop and pay $75 repair

Had to pay someone else cause HP car never responded. I purchased this item less than a year ago at Walmart.

Unreachable by phone

Bogus phone number on Google sent me to a grocery savings plan but they didnt tell me until I gave all of my information. They led me to believe it was HP. HP is unreachable and the virtual assist is worthless. My next printer will be anything but an hp

No one answered the call. I have a printer in perfectly good shape that I cant use because I upgraded to Windows 11. HP has not produced an update a driver for it and Id like to know if there is a workaround for this or if HP is determined to just create more landfill.

User's recommendation: Don’t buy an HP product without checking out the competition first. This is a pure case of planned obsolescence.

I would like a printer driver that I could use on my computer and printer.

Printer setup help

Needed help finalizing my new printer setup where the Tech signed onto my computer and camera to complete the process. Was quick and efficient. Also very knowledgable.

User's recommendation: Have had HP computers and printers for many years and highly recommend.

Complaint --- computer paidm for and not shipped

The biggest issue they have is their call centers do not have the authority to make decisions. Once it is escalated tot he correct area and a decision is made, THEY can be overrules by some one in a Ivory tower. There is no one to talk with, they will not call back, there are no corporate numbers, no corporate email and no one to fix the problem.

User's recommendation: The issues are almost impossible to correct and youc an NEVER talk to a decision maker.
