I needed help to set up my Wi-Fi on my printer I love this printer it prints like a more expensive type . Fits in any little corner and worth buying since Im not doing loads of printing

Printer not working

If i turn the power off on printer, when i turn it back on, i have to reset wifi connection or printer wont work.Sad

Because the Geek Squad is telling me my computer is not under warranty

Please help me get my $920 computer fixed. Please I dont know why Best Buy and the Geek Squad want to charge me $700 to fix it. I have only had it about 4 months. The Geek Squad is being very stern to the point they are saying if they fix it yall will cancel their contract. Really is that true? They are saying liquid damage and there is NO way that is true. I told them I live in Louisiana and that we have 100% humidity. So what am I to do. I have been thru Hurricane Ida. All my fema info is on that computer. They said HP considers humidity liquid damage and is not covered under my warranty. Please help me 318502**** April Kenney

Geek Squad told me HP doesn’t cover humidity and yet I bought an HP envy convertible in Louisiana. Is this true?

They want me to pay $680 on a computer I bought in July 2021. I still have warranty.

To find out when my computer will be shipped

I bought a computer from conns it was being direct shipped from Hewlett Packard I purchased it November 6 I have no information cannot give me any information I wanted to cancel the computer and just go buy one in the store but theyre saying thats impossible that once I purchased it from you folks it was being drop shipped theres no cancellation

They did not help with anything

Pointless call. Also, why should I pay to be told how to factory reset my laptop. All I wanted was to be told how to remove my information from this pc. Waste of time.

Question about purchasing

I tried to call Hewlett Packard about an issue related to one of their products. Instead of been put into contact with a representative, I received a recorded message indicating that the number called would no longer be in service regarding support, and to contact them online. This is appalling. Hewlett Packard used to have impeccable customer service. Now all we seem to get is layers of red tape, avoidance and bureaucracy. You're worse than the Federal government.
