Having to set up an account so they can solicit Ink Sales from me, thus forcing me to keep username and password to access my printer/scanner/fax machine is intolerable. Valuable time is lost and there is a cost. Why do we allow this from HP? How can we make them stop? Why don't they answer their phone lines rather than AI computer generated phone voice?

User's recommendation: Know what you are buying, and make sure you don't create an account as losing or forgetting that log in etc, will cost you valuable time which is money.

Failure to deliver mouse

In November I ordered a wireless mouse. It arrived but did not work. I spoke to your representative who said that a replacement would be delivered 5th December 2021. This delivery has been updated daily by e-mail. First to 11th January, then to 11th February and as of today the 18th February 2022. As it seems I shall never get the replacemenrt I telephoned you again today. After explaining my problem I was put on hold whilst status was checked. After 10 minute I was cut off. I am not happy with HP. I seek news of the delivery of a new mouse soon. Order no. is BRVM 749401 Graham Mead

User's recommendation: do not buy from HP. I ordered in November and workable product arrival date is 18th February and getting worse.

SUCKS.

HP SUCKS ONE STAR IS ONE STAR TOO MANY Said no risk, the laptop can be returned without restocking. Should have known that was BS. Now they pissed me off on another issue and wont return without restock. THERE IS NO *** WAY to get a human supervisor on the phone. I have never spoken to anyone past a level one person. I have been hung up on though.

Ink cartridge need replacing for HP envy

I have now been sent new black ink cartridge so problem has resolved. Although I needed to get in touch with HP before they sent a replacement I feel had I not I would still be waiting.
