Hewlett Packard - Bought an HP desktop and had a question about connecting to a network HP charged me 50 dollars for a 3 second Answer
I called to ask if my HP pavillion could connect wirelessly. HP wanted to charge me $50 to tell me my desktop was not setup for wireless network connection. That was after 30 minutes asking me Serial numbers, model numbers, names, address, email and telling me that the computer I bought new at walmart was registered to someone else.
I will NEVER buy another HP product ever again. I know they don't care about one customer but they can not even be bothered to answer a simple question without charging you.
If you are shopping for a computer or printer anyone but HP.
Monetary Loss: $50.

I purchased a laser jet HP-227 on 6/16/2020. I had to install it into my system.
I had 2 options: 1.Follow the directions which presented on the printerโs screen. 2.Go to the internet and download the software from there. I started with simple way: I followed the instructions which were on the printer. The onset went fine until a point where I encountered a problem.
The screen suggested that I get help by calling an attached telephone number. I did so and was answered by a woman. She was very polite and spoke with a distinguished British accent. She asked for the nature of my problem.
Then she went on to suggest a few solutions. Since none has worked, she suggested that she and me would work together by me letting her into my computer by using the program โTeamViewerโ.
I declined her request. She kept her part in an excellent way: she stayed polite and pleasant according to tradition of the old British Aristocracy.
