Fraud ,the Mac fee on the new hp laptop

Im Jimmie and I just purchased a laptop,hp the the macfee that is installed on their is very difficult to down load,and I just received a fraud alert from my credit card, I was only trying to put protection on my computer They ask my permission to go into my computer to correct my problem

I need protection for my computer and that issue is still unresolved

Computer that costed over $3000 lasted only 6 months! Made in China junk.

It bit the dust after 6 months. Every computer company uses crap made in China. Cant buy a good one that lasts!

Overnight me a new one

Cannot get any help with printer repair.

Office Jet 6700 screen states missing or failed printhead. Tells you to go to the website. The website has no information on printheads. Just ink and toner. How does this help? How can the printhead be missing? Never removed it. Where on Earth does one get a NEW printhead, and who's going to replace it?

Scaner not working

I waited on line for over an hour and we got disconnected, no call back. I was trying to get help with scanning documents for my breast cancer surgery and my printer wont scan. Awful customer service.

Frustration with not having a person resolve my issue to send ink after signing up for "instant ink" program

I purchased a printer/scanner less than a year ago. Shortly after a few prints, my printer kept giving me an error message saying : " before printing please enroll in the HPinstant automatic ink program before you can print". I AM SO frustrated!! I waited on the phone for 3hrs and 31 mins for a tech support rep to help me, and then they disconnected me intentionally. Then they started screening my calls and wouldn't even allow me to speak anyone else (a live human).... this is day 3 now of the same story above... I AM FED up. At this point I want to return BOTH my HP laptop AND HPprinter/scanner. Their customer service/support team SUCKS!!! I will never buy an HP product again. Letitia Bracey

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I was called by a Mgr.

who gave me return i fo and promised a full refund.

I had sent an email to the CEO and this wss a wonderful and unexpected quick resolve. Puts my faitnh back into a wonderful.

I need to return a laptop and I have followed all your instructions given in the video and written....however, once I get to "Show Order Detail", it does not give me the option to "Select Return Item". I have been on the phone and on the computer trying to get info for 3 days. I am very frustrated with HP and understand why your cust. service rating is a 1.8. Please contact me so I can return this lap top. H

Can't get the CD reader to work

Trying to return a computer purchased via online.

When I tried to return the computer, there was instructions to do so and I followed them to the letter. Unfortunately, once you got half way through , the keywords you were to select were not there. Spent 3 days on the phone and on their web site trying to get info on how to get the return completed without any success. It was either, 'this is not my area', or it was robots answering the phone which did not have any answers. Not a happy camper here and although they have a good product I will not purchase anymore because of the support system they have.

I need warranty repairs

HORRIBLE!!!!! The automated system is the worst! It would not take my serial numbers and then when it finally said it would connect me to an agent I WAS DISCONNECTED NOT ONCE BUT THREE TIMES!
