Trying to send copy of proof of delivery but wouldnt go thru after tech called and we worked out the problem the laptop worked perfectly tech was professional and friendly great service

User's recommendation: Every thing ok now service was great tech helped solve issue would definitely recommend Hewlett-Packard to my friends would definitely recommend Hewlett-Packard to all my friends I will buy more from them.

Payment and receipt of ink product for printer..

I am on the ink program, but have not received one ink product for my printer. Payments have been from my credit, but no product delivered in past 3 years. Also, HP suspended my account and i cannot use my printer. I have to go to another location to print. I did not provide approval for current payment because I have NEVER RECEIVED any product for my HP Office Pro 9015. I cannot continue to make payments without any products.none

Because I'm pissed off

No customer support I keep getting the message that the printer needs an instant ink account to work. Well I have an instant ink account and my printer shows that all of the ink levels are full. But it still does not. Work. And every time I need to make a print even if I can finally get it to work I have to do this or try to contact support for hours.

User's recommendation: Don't buy HP products.

Light lit orange I

I set up printer and next time I used it an orange light lit up. I registered my printer. Im having trouble troubleshooting it. I tried virtual assistant with no help from them. Its very difficult to get someone to talk to.
