Went in circles trying to get support. Did not get the help I need. Dell gives support. No support, no value, look do not mean squat!

Printer not printing

After being transferred 4 different times to the "right department " we needed to hang up. My allotted time to handle this matter was taken up with call holds and explaining over again to the new "right customer service agent". Printer matter never resolved.

Printer fixable? If not, full refund. Bought it last year for home use. Not used too much. Will call again customer service. Hopefully, the technician can resolve

Needed hel!p to see if my computer had been hacked

I didn't speak with anyone, I'm not sure if the clerk couldnt hear me or what, but I never got helped because she hung up the phone.

Pissed off

When trying to call technical support, I sat on the line for over 3 hours trying to reach a live person and it kept trying to force me to put a model number and hold music and again model number and again hold music than again back to put model number in again over and over for a simple two second call is all it would of took. Switching to better brand that can support there products faithfully.

Duplicate charge Company refused to refund.

Hewlett-Packard Computers registered my extended warranty on a different product number with the same serial number. Their system kept prompting of expired warranty status which made me to purchase duplicate warranty on already on a warranty machine. I realized this mistake and reached out to the customer care within the 30days of purchase, every time I attempted to speak with a customer they bounced me from one department to other over 4 months period. Then I disputed the charge with my bank which investigated this offered a credit, today I received (10/15/21) a letter from bank saying they are putting the charge back on my card because merchant says the charges are valid. User's recommendation: Do not rely on HP Support Assistant Warranty expired message.

User's recommendation: Do not buy their products or extended warranty.

I wasn’t happy after speaking with your support person. The issue with my laptop was a software issue that HP could have fixed.

My issue was my computer wouldnt load the software on my computer. This issue wasnt because of anything I done to my computer. Yet HP could have fixed the problem, yet HP could have fixed the issue without trying to charge me a fee.

To in stall driver that was lost in computer update

It was done satisfactorily. I have no complaints, My only comment is that over $2000 for a lifetime service is very high. Thank you for the opportunity to give you feedback.

Printer ink subscription

Waited on hold for 17 minutes (due to high call volume) and then once started ringing in to you... call was disconnected on your side. Not many people have time in their life to take so long trying to get customer service care. Please call me at 615 545 ****. I've had a subscription for ink for several years now, but can't get ink delivered to me is reason for call. My name: Robin Johnson 1501 Hartsville Pike Lebanon TN 37087
