I have had an awful customer service experience from HP involving buying an HP printer in Canada from Staples
After months of dealing with the support team and asking me to get my provider to change settings (Bell ) as the product does not work with this
Bell has said there would be a charge and us reluctant to make the change since everything else works fine -after very stressful and upsetting months and hours of testing in the phone I was offered an up grade printer but before I could answer I was archived
I cant even go to the next level of paid warranty as HP will not sign off that it was not solved
This whole experience is a sham and a disgrace-no way to treat a senior or anyone I cannot believe the treatment I have received while I have been

Im so disappointed and will discourage anyone I know of buying this 200$ item and paid for extra insurance and cannot be compensatedshame on HP and Staples

Agent did not care to help me. She left before I had a chance to tell her about the missing adapter.

I cannot connect the 17 inch laptop to the wall . I want to return the laptop.

Brand new computer is a lemon

I purchased a clearance HP computer online from OfficeMax or Office Depot. I didnt open the box until two months later since I had some deaths in the family and other health problems.

It is very difficult to get through. to speak with a real person when calling the customer service number. I spoke to two representatives who made up a case number ticket for me and was promised a call back over two weeks ago. I have not received any phone calls back and they mentioned possibly picking the computer up for repair or replacing it.

In my opinion, the computer is a lemon. It will not hold a charge and it has to stay plugged in to use it. It also will not download software programs that come with the computer. I disputed the charge with my bank since I cant get in touch with anyone.

I want a full refund and to get this computer back to them.

Why give this a titsle?

Moderately ok. The problem resulted from something I did to a new printer.

Being oblivious to that, I spent about 2.5 hours following the agent, who was following a script.

In reality it could have been solved in 15 or maybe 20 minutes. Live and learn.

Problem was not solved--wanted to update card information to reinstate account.
got feedback from on-line interaction that I had the wrong id and password and had trouble getting this done....kept sending me an email code but time ran out before I could get the number. So frustrated I gave up.
