Dear Hp CEO,

We bought your Hp Envy laptop in USA when we were in family holiday trip. We bought your HP product because we had lot of trust on your products quality and innovative technology. We bought this laptop as a gift for my 7 years old daughter who can do her school homework and explore new HP envy functionality but she hardly used it because she has other HP laptop and iPad .

If you go through my case you will find out an issue with your product manufacturer issue, it is not just me saying this your customer advisor also stated in my phone call conversation. I am honestly telling you that laptop hardly used 15-20 times since we bought it. It was very very disappointing how customer service handled this case. Initially they agreed to do something about it and then slowly changed it to company policies and procedures.

I kindly requesting HP CEO or higher officials to have a look at this matter and take my customer feedback would help HP to provide better service and quality products. This experience let down HP customer and ver bitter experience using HP product. UK custmer Carr team is saying that I bought product from USA so they dont have spare parts in uk and also advised me to contact USA service which is not acceptable because HP is global company and able to resolve issues anywhere in the world.

I would like to take some responsibility and leadership. I am anticipating some response about this issue.

i am 74 and have no tec skills with computers or printers i just need to ask a question about my desk jet 3632 printer . i have tried to work with the virtual help but i dont understand your company has brought me to tears i wont buy hp again you dont care about your customers that are older and need a real person

Amen. I am 75, still run my business and am fairly tech Savy. I cn't reach anyone at HP to have a single question answered; there is nobody home (many attempts)

Zophia, Talking to one of their technicians is no ray of sunshine either. While working with one of their techs, I think this was the third one, he told me that I would have to buy a software from him or he would no longer be able to help me.

My complaint of extortion and violation of consumer rights generated retribution for my initial complaint. I was finally allowed to send my laptop to one of their service centers for repairs, they returned it to me twice, still broken.

Another two months of battle with HP and they finally replaced the laptop. Wait for it....wait for it, YES, it lasted 30 days, needs repairs already.
