HP PC's - Urgent - DO NOT BUY - Rubbish After Sales. So the story is, HP agree to pick up my PC for repair when the PC has 2 days left of the extended warranty.

Normal as far as I am concerned. So today i get a call from HP saying the PC is damaged and that they will not fix it unless I pay 174 euros. I ask why and they say that the PC case is damaged. i ask in what way and they say....

We will send you the pictures so that you can see why.... Now look at the pictures I have added...... Basically they are saying they will not fix the PC because it has scratches on the case, now this is after nearly 3 years of usage.....

It's like saying that your car will not be fixed under warranty because you have got some dents or scratches on it.... Are they real....
