Last year (2017) I bought a HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 all in one series and it suddenly stopped working one week after my warranty ran out..It has vertical lines on the screen ..I unplugged it and plugged it back in again and now I have a white blank screen...I tried to print from my computer just to see if that would work...it didn't..I talked to an agent about this and he said the best thing for me to do is to buy another one...this is sad...I had this printer for just one year...is there any way I can get another printer without having to buy another one? PLEASE HELP...Just bought new ink for it and now it doesn't work..
