Hewlett Packard - NOT SATISFIED WITH THE WITH THE CALL RESULTS
I CALLED HP FOR SOME HELP ABOUT MY HP OFFICE JET 8025E PRINTER &;;; AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, I WAS DISAPPOINTED OF THE WAS MY PROBLEM WAS HANDLED. I BOUGHT THIS PRINTER ABOUT 6 TO 7 MONTHS AGO & I WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE PRINTER HEAD WHEN I CALLED YOUR COMPANY FOR THE HELP THAT I NEEDED TO FIX THE PRINTER.
HE TOOK CONTROL OF MY COMPUTER TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS & WHOEVER I SPOKE TO TOLD ME THAT THE DRIVERS WERE HACKED & THAT I NEEDED TO PAY AROUND $189.00 TO FIX THE PRINTER. I TOLD THEM THAT I WAS GOING TO CALL GEEK SQUAD BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER WITH THEM FOR OVER 5 YEARS & THAT THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO HELP ME OUT. & HE TOLD ME THAT GEEK SQUAD WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. WELL I DID CALL GEEK SQUAD & THEY GOT ME UP & RUNNING WITHIN TWO HOURS.
AFTER CLEANING MY COMPUTER FROM VIRUSES OR ANY OTHER JUNK MAIL THAT NEEDED TO BE CLEARED & THERE WAS A $39.95 CHARGE NOT $189.00 LIKE I WAS TOLD BY YOUR REPRESENTATIVE THAT I HAD SPOKEN TO. UF I WAS TO RATE HP FROM 1 TO 10, I WOULD RATE HP SATISFACTION DEFINITELY A NUMBER 1 COMPARED TO A NUMBER 10 FOR THE GEEK SQUAD & YES, I WAS PISSED AT THE RESULTS THAT I HAD RECEIVED FROM YOUR REPRESENTATIVE.
I SPENT A LOT OF MONEY THROUGH THE YEARS & THE SERVICE THAT I HAD RECEIVED SUCKS IN PLAIN ENGLISH. HAVE A GREAT DAY, & I DON'T KNOW IF I'LL BE DOING ANYMORE BUSINESS WITH YOUR COMPANY IN THE FUTURE
