You can download Windows media from Microsoft, write to a USB stick, and boot from that to reinstall. Google "Create installation media for Windows" to find the link under microsoft.com Once installed, install the HP Support Assistant software (downloaded from the HP web site, do not download software from non-authoritative sources since it may be loaded with malware) HP Support Assistant should install any extra drivers you may need.

As stated at ldproducts.com, the Hewlett Packard ink cartridges are not interchangeable. If the cartridge is installed in the wrong printer it will not print.

How can I send my HP Deskjet Pluss 4155 to you?I bought this printer Nov. 1, 2020.

It worked fine the first mo. or so & then it just started having problems. I have spent hours trying everything to make it work . I have done virtual chat 3 times which didn't help.

No one at HP ever called me back so I paid a private tech to look at it. He couldn't get to work so I took it to Best Buy, where I bought it & had the Geek teck try to find the problem. He said it had problems. I'm frustrated!!

I've bought several HP items & they were great also support was good.

I have the printer in the original box & all I want to do is send it to you to get it repaired or a new printer. Tell me how to send it.

According to the Hewlett Packard help section, all deskjet and inkjet printers come with a Manufacturer Replacement warranty. You may check your warranty at support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty.

As stated at communityimpact.com, Hewlett Packard Enterprise plans to relocate its headquarters from San Jose, California, to CityPlace at Springwoods Village. The construction of CityPlace should be completed by Spring 2022.

How do I connect my HP Printer to WiFi?There are many ways to connect your printer to a Wi-Fi network. i have provided you an easy method for the printers without touch display using a USB cable.

Disconnect the existing USB cable from your computer to the printer if any. It is advised to connect the USB cable back to its position only when prompted by the installer. Based on the instructions in the installer, you will be able complete the installation successfully. Install the software or driver for your printer to connect your computer and the printer to a Wireless network.

Choose the Connection type as USB at the time of installation if prompted by the installer.

Your Printer driver can be installed either by using the installation CD or it can be obtained from the respective website(s). Once the installation is completed , your printer is connected to a Wi-Fi network using a USB Cable.

According to the HP Support, in order to connect an HP printer to a local Wi-Fi network to wirelessly print from a personal computer, smartphone, or tablet you should follow the steps below:
  • Connect the printer to the same local wireless network your computer or mobile device is on;
  • If you received an Enter the WPS PIN for your printer message, click Cancel in the window, and then continue with these steps;
  • Place the printer near the Wi-Fi router;

Tech support yesterday.

I called HP Support because I couldn't connect with wireless printer. Tech support transferred me to TEKWIRE support.

He said my Windows 10 License was expired and said I could renew for 2 years for $124.95. He is going to call me this afternoon for payment. When I looked up Windows 10 license, information showed that once purchased, the license does not expire. Is TEKWIRE a legitimate company?

Do I have to pay to renew Windows 10 Subscription?
