Hewlett Packard - HP printer is blocking my third-party ink. Is there a workaround?
A recent software update suddenly made all my non-HP ink cartridges "incompatible." I'm looking for a way to roll back the firmware.

I had my HP Printer locked up BY HP because I was using 3rd party ink cartridges...Does anyone know of any way to use them instead of EXPENSIVE HP certified cartridges??? I look forward to any suggestions for a way around having to use them --- AJJ
You may be involved with never run out of ink program. If so the ink has to be mailed to you.
I had horrible experience with Hewlett Packard, which ultimately ended with them abandoning the warranty and the printer. i am 80 yrs. old. They send several messages of dubious credibility. I had to purchase another printer. Will never purchase another HP product.
