I have a Desktop out for repairs, and I have not heard back

My Desktop was sent out for repairs. I have had no updates at all concerning this issue! Where is my computer?Ask for a contact number.

Well, I retract my statement. to a point.

The information I was looking for can be found in HP Support Assistant. Who Knew?

I was not informed. Some emails would have been appreciated in leu of searching for a source myself.

Appalling customer service

I just need a replacement battery. You are asked to input a serial number. The system wont recognise it. Unable to speak to anyone or get any further advice. Just go round in circles.

Fraud service

HP products have become garbage, no longer a reliable brand. To make things worse they come up with scams like instant ink to defraud customers into paying ongoing fees for services and products never sent. They keep charging me for instant ink but cannot figure out why my printer stops mid job, support told me its a known software issue and nothing can be done. But instant ink still charging for ink they never sent and I can only print for 2 minutes before printer shuts down. Total SCAM

Hewlett Packard - Horrible phone robot service

Terrible customer service

Tried to connect to an agent and was cut off twice. Could not tell me where the serial # was and would not help me find it. I would simply like to speak to an agent about my new HP Chrome laptop.

Trying to navigate their phone system is horrible. Once you get someone they only tell you that you have to spend an additional $400 to get your computer fix which is only a year old.

The computer screen is totally dark. The computer is only a year old and this problem seen to be a bad production problem with the computer and they want you to speed another $400 to get it fixed. I can go and buy another computer for that price and it would not be an HP. Have Dell computer which is going on 10 years - no problem.

My printer was in sleep mode and the person cannot help me remove fresh in cartridges which I paid a fortune for and tell me whats wrong with my printer all they wanted was the payment of 19.99 In help them before asking for payments in this is one reason I do not wanna participate in each piece survey

I changed internet provider so instaink can not access my printer. They want a pass word for my new provider but there is no where to provide it, since they have no custormer service anymore and since there is not internet conection I can'tF give them the pass word....

Unable to operate HP printer from laptop it's installed on. Works from other laptops without HzP printer installed.

Connect printer to WiFi. Paid for personal service

All of hp on line instructions for connecting my hp deskjet 3752 do not work. So,I paid $19.95 for personal support. I could not get to personal support without spending another $14.95 because my printer is out of warranty! Now comes the problem of getting my money back. No one answers any of the phone numbers provided. So, their service is a total scam!!!!!!

No service what so ever

If I could give them a zero I would. I signed up for some sort of support on online to trouble shoot my problem with my hp Spectre. Spending 14.99 a month and it still wont help me , wants me to sign up for something else. Then tried an 800 number I found online and all it did was go to a survey. So heres youre eating. You suck!

Difficulty resolving issues.

It took over an hour for an HP technician and I to set HP Desktop. Since then it has been inconsistent and unreliable. Now HP has informed me that I will be unable to print soon. What else will go wrong?Don
