Terrible customer support

I am experiencing problems with the built-in webcam on my HP Envy laptop. Called support. After updating some drivers, the problem reappeared. Supports next step was to have me reinstall Windows! They didnt bother checking if its a hardware problem. I asked if I can send it in for them to look at. They said still need to reinstall Windows! This is a typical Customer Support ploy to have user stop pursuing problem, or have problem stalled! Reinstalling Windows should be the absolute last step in attempting to resolve a problem.

Repair department ignores HP Care Pack Plans and keeps billing me

I paid good money for an HP extended care pack with accidental coverage. Had to send in a laptop for repair and have been on the phone for hours with different agents. Still can't get the repair department to talk to the customer service department. Repair department keeps telling me I'm not under warranty and won't fix the laptop until I send $700. Not happy at all.

Their tech staff was Ill equipped to handle a relatively simple download and install. That trashed some things f my equipment as well. They finally were able to reload Windows 10 but it doesnt work up to snuff and I lost my personal data. All of this is on them. I dont ever expect them to make amends.

Billing

I called to complain about why if I changed my service and received a email stating that I did I was charged the original rate not the rate that was for the plan. Then they charged me 14 days later for the old plan rate. When I tried to explain he act like he didn't understand me. Everytime I call I get someone who barely understand English.

They are charging my card every 14 days for my monthly rate. I tried talking to them to get it corrected but everytime I barely get someone who speak let alone understand English.

Customer Service is nonexistant!

I called because my 6458e Envy wireless printer would not connect to wifi. Your computerized customer service robot is a total idiot and could not understand or help me. There was no way to get to a HUMAN which is what is needed for actual CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks for nothing!!!

I am trying to use my computer printer; which is not working. I never received my six month free ink and I cannot contact anyone by phone because theyre not answering them. I am requesting assistance with this printer I purchased. My number is 248-508-**** the computer is an HP DeskJet 4155e all-in-one. I do not have a receipt because I used my credit card from my bank. Failure to deliver mouse

In November I ordered a wireless mouse. It arrived but did not work. I spoke to your representative who said that a replacement would be delivered 5th December 2021. This delivery has been updated daily by e-mail. First to 11th January, then to 11th February and as of today the 18th February 2022. As it seems I shall never get the replacemenrt I telephoned you again today. After explaining my problem I was put on hold whilst status was checked. After 10 minute I was cut off. I am not happy with HP. I seek news of the delivery of a new mouse soon. Order no. is BRVM 749401 Graham Mead

User's recommendation: do not buy from HP. I ordered in November and workable product arrival date is 18th February and getting worse.

Lousy ink cartridges

The last three HP65 black ink cartridges that Ive purchased (1 online & 2 from Walmart) have been a waste of money. Theyre running out of ink way too soon! I use my printer on occasion in my home so a regular cartridge will last me on the average 6-9 months. I have been through 3 of them since April 2021. I can't afford this at $16.00 a pop! They're just not lasting like they used to, and I'm not doing any more printing than usual. My question is are you cutting back on the ink for these cartridges or what's the problem? I'm about ready to get rid of the HP printer and go with something else. Can you help? Thank you, J Waychoff

Problems with printer

$100 worth of new ink cartridges installed Thursday. Saturday morning requests to printer "prints" out only blank pages. Can problem be solved, or have I wasted my money on a now defunct printer? Are there other printers that can use the 902 cartridges?

Biggest POS I've ever bought. I don't use it often but every time I do, I'm forced to call I.T. To help me get it signed back on.I purchased it because the name used to have great products. I will never by another HP PRODUCT.
