I am unable to speak to anyone about my billing issue.

I was transfers to Tech Support to the Print Department, who help me with my billing issues. I am nor enrolled in HP Instant Ink program, so I am customer with an HP Printer with no support for it.

Explantation why I can't print on my printer.

Tech printer

The more HP products the easier it is working out technical issues and people communications especially as older adults unable to keep up with all the advancements within corporate and company exchanges. Always a challenge and time invested inordinately is like hope deferred! We have continued through the challenges presented us and you went the extra mile recently CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH!

Replacement parts for my HP laptop

I wanted to find out if replacement bumper feet are available for my laptop. The online help system was not useful. I telephoned customer service and was on hold for a long time, then was disconnected

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I was called by a Mgr.

who gave me return i fo and promised a full refund.

I had sent an email to the CEO and this wss a wonderful and unexpected quick resolve. Puts my faitnh back into a wonderful.

I need to return a laptop and I have followed all your instructions given in the video and written....however, once I get to "Show Order Detail", it does not give me the option to "Select Return Item". I have been on the phone and on the computer trying to get info for 3 days. I am very frustrated with HP and understand why your cust. service rating is a 1.8. Please contact me so I can return this lap top. H

Ink cartridge need replacing for HP envy

I have now been sent new black ink cartridge so problem has resolved. Although I needed to get in touch with HP before they sent a replacement I feel had I not I would still be waiting.

Printer not working properly

HP 4630 works with iPhone but not Asus computer. Michelle took the time to install new drivers and got my printer working. Very pleasant lady and easy to deal with. Thanks for fixing my problem.

Whitelist on hp computers, non available parts

As you are aware of the right to repair law, I purchased a bare-bones TG01 series desktop, the Ryzen 4000 series processor is not available via commercial channels or parts surfer. What are my options? send the computer without cpu for replacement which may land me in the same predicament, or send the motherboard back for replacement to support Ryzen 5000 series which are consumer-available

User's recommendation: Do not buy Ryzen 4000 series equipped desktops.

Purchase a warranty

I never received any confirmation of an extended warranty. Please confirm that the three year package for my laptop has been activated. I dealt with Angela in the Phillipines.

Our six month old printer stopped working. We tried to troubleshoot from the website but did not have any success. We contacted a support staff by phone. Honey shoved the problem.

Printer problem

Printer was not able to connect to my wifi! Technical support did a good job and fixed the problem. Moreover, technical support guy informed of me why I had problem with my printers. However, the problem was able to fix it.

User's recommendation: Try to contact customer service when you have problem on your printers.
