Hewlett Packard - Tech support
The call to HP was frustrating as no one would answer my questions. An order was placed for the HP OFFICE JET PRO 8025e.
I run a business out of my home. I told the agent that I needed a Fax Machine that connects to my phone only with no computer and only prints black ink. She stated that the HP OFFICE JET PRO 8025e is what you need. I trusted her because i previously ordered a computer.
I have the HP SMART FRIEND/CARE PACK Service. Upon receiving the above unit i noticed that it was not only quite bulky but also took color ink. The agent didn't say that. My partner said to give the product a try so i contacted customer service on how to set this up.
The manuel and instructions were confusing. I called 8 times an spoke with 8 different agents who could not answer my questions and put me on hold. After the 8th call i packed up the unit an brought it over to Fedex. I then called Brother an ordered a similar model, compact, $100 less an easy to set up with no problems!!
I will no longer be recommending any of your products as your customer service department for printers is atrocious.
If anyone asks me what i would rate you I will tell them....a BIG FAT. ZERO!
User's recommendation: Don't buy HP Products.
