Hewlett Packard - WRONG DIAGNOSIS, TOOK MONEY
ON 2/12/2013 I called HP about my desktop, explained to rep the situation and he stated it was a software issue that he could fix, it happens all the time to customers with desktops.He said it would be $50.00 today and 14.99 per month for the next 12 months for any future issues which I shouldn't have.
After a third diagnosis, he said it was a hardware issue that he couldn't fix after he'd already charged my card the $50.00.
I called the everyday to try to get my money back and keep getting told someone will contact me about the issue and no one could ever help me yet and I lost out on 50.00 and still being charged 14.99 every month for no service issue that he could fix.
Monetary Loss: $80.
